The Menger hotel‘s history is one that is closely weaved into that of San Antonio’s itself. Just like the city going through the passage of time, you can see how this hotel evolves. From the original 19th-century building, newer wings were added bits by bits to the existing buildings at different time. The result is a place rich in historical marks. And all you need is to be there to sense it; the hotel unabashedly tells you her stories through its seasoned walls and halls.
